櫻花盛放、雨水充沛,滋養冬眠後甦醒的茶樹,孕育出肥厚鮮嫩的芽葉。三月中旬至五月中旬採摘的春茶,分為清明前的「早春茶」與清明後的「正春茶」。茶湯清澈透亮、茶香濃郁持久,帶有花果芬芳,滋味鮮爽回甘,層次豐富,展現楓林茶園春日的自然之美。
